Brilliance Recap
Here
is what you missed at the Business Brilliance 2005,
"Events in Harmony"…

The
members of ISES Indianapolis chapter came together
once again on April 18th to showcase their many talents
at the annual Business Brilliance event. The event
was held at the Hilbert Circle Theatre, which is the
home to the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. The theme,
“Events in Harmony” went along well with
the use of the theatre. Through out the event space
you could witness an array of different styles that
make our members so individually unique.
When
entering the event you had several spaces to choose
from. “Bubble Pop Electric” in the main
lobby with its bright colors, music and food. “Verve!
on the main stage hosted a selection of food and drinks
not to mention beautiful table decor. If you made
it past the bouncers, you could enjoy “Studio45”
in the upstairs lobby. This room was transformed into
the infamous night club Studio 54 and was a great
place to dance, drink and eat. “Feel White Hot”
in the downstairs lobby was full of white feathers,
fun people and food. This room had the feel of South
Beach with its ultra mod décor and house lounge
music. The Wood Room was host to “Wedding Bliss,
A Showcase of Themes & Designs.” Cake, coffee
and the newest trends in table settings gave the room
a delightful look. Around the main lobby balcony you
could pick up information about local venues and companies.
Overall there were over 26 companies that made Business
Brilliance possible.
In
the past this event was held in January. The decision
to move the annual event to April proved to be a
wise decision. The weather was fantastic, which
led to great guest attendance. Business Brilliance
will be held next year at the Indianapolis Arts
Center.

Haddad

Muscular
Dystrophy Family Foundations (MDFF) First Annual Scavenger
Hunt & After Party!
TOO MUCH FUN TO BE HAD!!! On Sunday, July 31, 2005
beginning at 1:00pm on the Circle - there will be
a scavenger hunt throughout downtown Indy followed
by an after party at Mavris Cultural Center. This
is the project ISES has wrapped its collective arms
around as a group to support.
The "Hunters" will gather at the circle
to receive their scavenger kits - including MDFF Buffs,
Compass and other goodies for the day...and then take
off - on foot, on bike, or whatever means you come
up with. The hunters will have the afternoon to solve
as many of the clues as they can to get as many points
as possible. The day ends with an after party, “The
Hunt is Over”, at Mavris Cultural Center. The
party will include a plethora of culinary delights
provided by various caterers from ISES, cash bars,
cool vibe DJ, awesome raffle items and the announcements
of the Hunt winners. If you cannot make it for the
Hunt, come to the party to show your support.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in this day
- whether it is with your organization as a team building
experience, with a group of friends or just simply
attending the after party. Your efforts towards this
project will definitely make a difference in its success.
If you are interested in helping in our efforts or
have any questions please contact Kyle Buckley at
